Designed in conjunction with CTB Performance and Fenix, the 2022- Ranger Raptor Intercooler kit replaces the unreliable plastic and alloy intercooler and piping fitted from factory and is NON-INTRUSIVE in design, which means it doesn’t interfere with other vehicle systems or need modification to fit.
Features full aluminium construction, the Fenix Performance Ranger Raptor Intercooler kit offers an increased capacity of 37.5% [Intercooler] and a dyno proven decrease in IAT’s of up to 20-25°C as tested by BPT Motorsport.
Easy installation, this kit bolts up with all the oem fittings & sensors and requires only a handful of basic tools for installation.
Tested and proven by BPT Motorsport to work with our ECU direct flash Custom Performance calibrations.
