The first company in the world to develop full tuning Flash via OBDII for Ranger, Everest and Ranger-Raptor 2.0L Bi Turbo with 10 speed Automatic transmission.
BPT Motorsport has become the first in the world to provide full flash capability for the all new Ford 2.0L Bi Turbo diesel engine using the tested and proven nGAUGE tuning tool.
With world wide success of the BPT Motorsport nGAUGE and custom calibrations for engine and transmission on the 3.2L Puma, we didn’t waste any time developing our proven technology and calibrations for the all new Bi Turbo Ford.
Why Chip it when you can Flash it!
Unlike a lot of tuning options, Flashing via OBDII is our preferred method and unlike “chipping your car” with piggy back devices” flashing is ultimately the best method just like the factory do it.
Stay tuned as we release details of the unlocked potential of the little 2.0L.
very interested in this
very interested in getting this, could you email me some more details on when your thinking it may be ready?
Will do as soon as available.

Keen to see where you go with this. I have an MY19 Everest and whilst I’m very happy with the 2.0 biturbo diesel engine performance and economy in factory trim, I’m very disappointed in the factory mapping of the 10 speed auto in the first few gears from standstill. It works well enough up in the higher gears at highway speeds, but it’s like the engineers went to the pub before mapping the low speed ‘around town’ shift behaviour. Have driven plenty of auto turbo diesels and the MY19 Everest 10 speed (for a modern day product) is by far the worst. Happy to give more detailed feedback if you need it.
Hi Jeff,
Our 10 speed transmission calibrations are now available on the ngauge. This definitely changes the characteristics of the vehicle.
Need to know…… when your raptor 2.0 bi-turbo tuning will be available and what can I expect. DP chip claiming 182kw and 600nm from their efforts, but I am sceptical.
I dont want to destroy what I have, but it needs a 20% boost to really do the job integrated with shift management and throttle control.
Help!
Robert
Hi Robert,
the TCM calibrations are available on the nGauge now. 182kw and 600nm is not out of the question.
Is this available yet?
The TCM calibrations a finished and are available on the nGauge right now.
Very interested, was looking at dpchip now I think I’ll go this way.
Do you have anything available yet? If not I’ll get one when they are
Hi Tony,
The Transmission calibrations are all done and selling now. the engine is done but we are getting the Operating system sorted out, this may take sometime.
Hi Barry, I am interested in a transmission calibration for the 10 speed in my 2019 Ranger Xlt,
Can you give an idea on pricing and availability?
Cheers

Can you cut out the egr and dpf and adblue setup with this tune ?
While this can be done we don’t condone doing this. If you require this for Rural or Mining reasons then this is acceptable at your own risk!
Will Ford find out if the transmission tune is reflashed back to stock before bringing it back to the dealership for service? I have a 2019 Everest Trend but don’t want to compromise the Ford 5yr warranty
No, they should not find out providing you put it back to factory.
Is the remap available yet?
This is hopefully not far off now.
Hey Barry I’m going to be getting a raptor soon and want to know if there engine tune is available yet and also the tranny tune and if so what changes am I going to expect.
Cheers
Drew
Hi
Want program for gearbox and engine….
Disepointed with gearing on løe speed….
are the PCM ready soon?
Still working on this at this moment. Its a tough cookie.
Hi,
Been 2 years since your first announcement, is the tune available for the 2.0 Bi turbo?
I’m in the market for a new Ranger, and this will be a deciding factor if I go ranger and V6 Amarok.
Hi Scott,
We are trying to figure out how to implement the MyCalibrtaor as the Pcm needs to be unlocked by us first.
Hi Barry, I was looking at buying the TCM tune for m y PX3 Wildtrak 2.0, was just wondering what to situation is with the PCM?
Hi Paul,
We are deciding how to implement the MyCalibrator with the engine programming as the PCM has to be unlocked first.
Also, have you guys found a way to keep the gear numbers when pressing the +/- on the gear knob?
Yes we can keep the number display.
Good morning Barry,
Would your tune be able to disable the adaptive learning for the 10 speed transmission? And do you have a possible release date?
Armando
Yes we can disable adaptive learn on the 10R80. We would however charge a custom rate to do so.
How does one get on the waiting list for this?
Can we buy the transmission tune and then when the engine tune is ready have it emailed the file to load?
Living in the Swiss alps the Raptor would be great with a bit more kick.
Thank you
Hi John,
We will advertise the PCM tuning on our site and on Facebook. yes the transmission tunes are available and are working on the MyCalibrator now.
Just checking if you guys are still working on this or proving to difficult?
yes, still in progress
Hi Barry
Does the Trans tune eliminate the low speed characteristics (AT TIMES TRANS SEEMS CONFUSED ON WHICH GEAR TO SELECT)
Is a Trans cooler needed after install, or stock is ok
Once engine map is available ,would trans mapping have to be altered to suit
Thanks
Vin
Yes, this calibration shifts the upshift characteristics. No, trans mapping will remain the same. A trans cooler is recommended.
Hi mate,
Any closer to releasing the PCM tune?
Yes, pretty close now
Hello Guys,
Greatings from the german Ranger Raptor Community.
We still wait for ECU unlock. Happy to hear some News about Tuning the 2.0 Diedel Engine.

Chris
The unlock is available.
